When planning our activities, we assess all risks our employees and visitors may face in advance, take the necessary precautions, and ensure a safe working environment through continuous improvement.

During your visit and/or work, attention must be paid to the following necessary issues, from the hazards and risks in the workplace, to possible adverse conditions that may occur, to what to do in an emergency.

• In order to protect company confidentiality, it is strictly forbidden to enter areas other than common areas, remove documents or take photographs without permission.
• You are expected to act under the guidance of our accompanying employee during your visit or in case of any emergency.
• For your safety, please avoid using your phone while walking around the office. There are shared areas within the office for personal conversations and relaxation.
• Fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and evacuation plans are located in publicly visible areas. Relevant equipment must be kept clear at all times for access in the event of an emergency.
• Areas closed to unauthorized access, such as electrical rooms, are for use only by emergency responders. These areas should not be entered.
• To ensure proper waste separation, waste bins are located at designated locations throughout the office. It's important to separate waste according to its classification.
• When using stairs, it is recommended that you hold on to the handrails while ascending and descending.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas on the terrace floor.
• For your safety, you should not get too close to the window sills and pay attention to the warning signs in the area.
• In an emergency, it is important to remain calm. When you hear the alarm sound and the evacuation announcement, proceed to the assembly area with your companion using the nearest exit route.
• During this process, elevators must be used and safety & health signs and the directions of emergency teams must be followed.
• Our company has access roads and parking areas for guests requiring special policies, and appropriate evacuation plans are in place. It is important to inform our accompanying staff of any needs before the visit.
